We are completely dedicated to giving our customers the excellent service they deserve.

We GUARANTEE that our service will unlock your phone. One of our representatives will contact you within 24 hours of your purchase. It is impossible that the codes generated will not unlock your phone if the instructions are followed properly.

There are 3 ways that can make it possible that your phone will not become unlocked.

1. If the phone is stolen and blocked from a network.
2. If someone has attempted to unlock your phone before (hard locked) or if it's been tampered with.
3. If the IMEI number, service provider or phone model given is incorrect.

We do not give refunds if any of the above reasons fails to unlock your phone. We will give refunds only if it can be proven in person that the service promised has not been performed. We do offer both electronic and phone customer service to help you throughout the unlocking process.

There have been a very high number of people trying to unlock phones that are not GSM or that we do not have on our list. We only support GSM. We do not support the following service providers: Bell, Telus, Nextel, Verizon or Sprint. If a client makes a purchase without reading our list of models or terms, there is a $10 administrative fee.

We do not support unlocking stolen phones. If it comes to our attention that the phone is stolen, you will be restricted from using our service and you will be reported.

We sell third party software. This software is not copyrighted, therefore it is legal to sell this software. We are offering clients the convenience of buying it in a package with instructions and customer support for any questions.

Customers who are using their credit card for payment will show "MC-Global Ulock Ltd +14168577601" on their credit card statement.

Regular Mail: We accept phones by regular mail. You will be fully responsible for the payment of shipping in both directions. We will help you make arrangements for shipping packages to us. Our postal code is L3S 2N2, Markham, Ontario, Canada. We do charge a $10 handling fee for accepting packages by regular mail. Please email us for more information.
