Global Unlock terms and conditions have been updated. Please read carefully, specifically if you are a customer in the United States of America.
The U.S. government has enacted a new provision under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act which makes it illegal to unlock any phone purchased after Jan. 26, 2013 without the permission of the wireless carrier to which the phone belongs. If you have purchased a phone after this date and proceed to have it unlocked, you as the customer may be entering into illegal activities. You are solely responsible for any legal ramifications and Global Unlock is not liable for any current or future legal issues that may occur. These changes affect U.S. customers only.

When placing your Cell Phone Unlocking Order:
Please Note: You are fully responsible for providing the correct IMEI # for your phone. Entering the wrong IMEI # will result in generating the wrong unlock code and the code will not work on your mobile phone! In this case we do not refund your purchase.

We 100% GUARANTEE our mobile unlocking service. You will receive an email shortly after your purchase with a status page dedicated solely to your order.
Terms for Refund
At Global Unlock we guarantee the unlock solutions and services we provide. It is unlikely that an unlock solution supplied from Global Unlock will fail to unlock your mobile phone, but if by chance we are unable to unlock your phone, Global Unlock will request confirmation that the information provided at the time of the order is correct and accurate.
DISCLAIMER: Unlocking does not free you of your current cellular contract agreement and obligations with your network provider. Termination of your cellular contract must be negotiated with your network provider directly.
It is impossible that the codes generated will not unlock your phone if the instructions are followed properly. Should the information be confirmed as correct by the customer, Global Unlock will provide a full refund of the purchase price.
There are 3 ways that can make it possible that your phone will not become unlocked. A refund will not be granted under the following conditions.
- If the phone is stolen and blocked from a network.
- If someone has attempted to unlock your phone before, if your phone is hard locked or if it has been tampered with.
- If the IMEI number, service provider or phone model given is incorrect.
We do not give refunds if any of the above reasons fails to unlock your phone. We will give refunds only if it can be proven in person that the service promised has not been performed. We do offer both electronic and phone customer service to help you throughout the unlocking process.
At Global Unlock we are dedicated to providing you with quick, reliable service and providing you with your mobile phone unlock solution using the safest methods available. If you have not received the service outside the above 3 reasons for not refunding, we would be happy to work with you. We will require video proof of the failed unlock code in order to issue you a refund.
There have been a very high number of people trying to unlock phones that are not GSM or that we do not have on our list. We only support GSM. We do not support the following service providers: Verizon, Sprint, MetroPCS, Tracfone, Net10, Boost Mobile, Page Plus or Straight Talk phones unless otherwise indicated. If a client makes a purchase without reading our list of models or terms, there is a $10 administrative fee.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled during the allowable time in the description, as we move quickly to process your information.
We do not support unlocking stolen phones. If it comes to our attention that the phone is stolen, you will be restricted from using our service and you will be reported.
